Shipping and Handling: For Cdn & US destinations most orders are shipped
within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. We ship via Canada Post.
We now have a flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 for Canadian customers and $15.00 for International Customers, no matter how much you purchase.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We
are not responsible for any taxes or duties or fees imposed on your package
by your government. If you live in the Winkler area you may request to pick up your order at our retail location (262 Main st.) at no charge.
Payment: We currently accept payment by money order and credit card (via PayPal). Money Order - these orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received. Send the invoice
page along with your money order (in Canadian funds) to My Scrap Shoppe PO Box 513 Winkler, MB R6W 4A7. Once payment has been received your order will be shipped. PayPal - Follow the instructions and links during checkout or send an email to paypal@myscrapshoppe.com referencing your order
# and request a PayPal invoice within 24 hours of your request. Once
payment has been received your order will be shipped. You have the option of shopping in Canadian or US dollars! If you're paying with Paypal, just ensure you select the same currency you shopped with!
Returns: It is our greatest concern that you have a pleasant shopping
experience at My Scrap Shoppe. However, if an error was made in your order,
please contact us at customerservice@myscrapshoppe.com
so that we may rectify the problem.
We make every effort to keep our ordering system accurate and up to date.
However, due to the fact that orders are not received at the store, errors
can occur in our inventory. In this event we will notify you as soon as
possible. At our discretion we will either refund your money for that item,
ship it to you when it arrives back in stock, or (at your request)
substitute that item for another.
Returned items must be in their original packages. There are no returns on
paper or items without packaging. My Scrap Shoppe is not responsible for
any shipping fees you incur.
In-store Return Policy: Returns will be accepted on packaged items within 14
days with your receipt.
